Reading Forge is a real product with real costs. But no child should miss out on learning to read because of a price tag. So we donate licenses to Ace Schools, a nonprofit that puts them — free — into the hands of the Title 1 schools, tutors, and families who need them most.
How it works
Forge Learning Technologies designs Reading Forge and donates blocks of licenses — both the family app and the full Classroom edition — to Ace Schools at no cost.
The nonprofit distributes those licenses free to Title 1 schools, interventionists and tutors, and low-income families — no proof, no paperwork, no hoops.
A child sits down at an iPad, forges their first words from sound, and never knows a thing about who paid for it. That's the whole point.
What we're giving away
Donated licenses unlock everything: the complete ten-region curriculum, every activity, and — for schools — the live Classroom console.
Who it reaches
Whole-class licenses for schools where budgets are tightest and the need is greatest.
Dyslexia specialists and reading tutors working one-on-one with struggling readers.
Parents and homeschoolers for whom a subscription would be a real barrier.
